For us environmental sustainability means enjoying nature while respecting it, getting excited by a panorama, sharing moments to remember with the beloved ones.
We respect nature and try to demonstrate it with some choices that we have adopted over the years.
"Think Green" on your tour
While you charge your own batteries during a hike, a walk or a relaxing moment in our lounge bar, your car's battery is also 100% charged at one of our two charging stations. (For a fee).

Sustainability in terms of Hotel Cosmetics
PRIMA - Our partner for sustainability
Thanks to our partner PRIMA-Hotelcosmetics, we have managed to include in our new line "Hand Soap" and "Shampoo Hair and Body", in addition to the scents of alpine hay flowers, a recyclable packaging for our sustainability.
Electicity
We use 100% renewable electricity produced in South Tyrol. (Certificate)
There are motion detectors used for efficient lighting control
The new machinery and equipment have majority on the AAA certification
Waste management
We ensure proper waste separation. We separate cardboard, glass, paper, nylon, plastic, cans, ceramics, batteries and electric waste and frying oil
Collection of biological waste and forwarding for the production of biogas and heat
We use highly concentrated detergent and products to reduce packaging materials and containers.
Laundry
Use of detergent with certified environmental compatibility
Dosing of the detergent is automated via a system in order to achieve a reduction in detergent
The guest supports the reduction of laundry (he decides for himself when the towels should be changed)
Kitchen
We pay more attention to the regional origin of the products
We support the South Tyrolean wine production
We avoid food waste at the buffet by not overloading the buffet
Mobility
At check-in, each of our guests is given the Val Gardena Mobil Card free of charge. This mobility card allows unlimited use of public transport
