The heart of our hotel and our biggest pride, is the bar and lounge in the cosy conservatory. The bartender is always ready to mix your favourite cocktail or round off your dinner with the perfect digestif.
A nightcap after a day in the mountains
The best place to go after a long hike or a ski day spent in the fresh mountain air is the bar. Make yourself comfortable in the chairs in the lounge and treat yourself to a proper thirst quencher or a nightcap and simply let your mind wander. Or meet up with dear friends and reminisce together about your fondest memories.
Cognac, whisky, rum. Or would you prefer a good glass of wine?
At the bar, you’ll find an exquisite selection of cognac, whisky, and rum, as well as a good glass of wine. And if you’d rather raise a glass without alcohol, we’ll mix you a mocktail – non-alcoholic cocktails that are every bit as good as their alcoholic counterparts. Just let us know what you fancy.
Our bistro: from aperitifs to dinner
On the bistro menu, you’ll find small snacks to enjoy with your aperitif, quick dishes for when you’re feeling peckish, and a varied selection for an enjoyable dinner, all freshly prepared in our kitchen. This is particularly handy if you’ve booked bed and breakfast and want to keep your evenings flexible.

Normally the rule in Gröden is to keep your eyes wide open! After all, there is so much to see. But for now, it’s time to pause and relish the moment. Take a few minutes before continuing on with some wellness, dinner, or your bedtime ritual.
